    Smartara HQ: Internal Business Operating System

    Replaced 5 paid SaaS tools with one platform.

    Problem
    Running a growing studio across a CRM, invoicing, finance, HR and knowledge base tools was expensive and fragmented.
    What I built
    CRM pipeline (prospect → client → project → invoice), online invoice payments clients complete on their own (Paddle for USD and MAD, Modem Pay for GMD), automatic commission splits, multi-currency P&L and cash-flow forecasting, HR with an auto-published careers page, and an AI assistant that answers business questions from live data with per-user permissions.
    Result
    30+ nightly automations (follow-ups, invoice chasing, deadline warnings, personalised morning digests). 587 automated checks per month, zero missed.

Hi, I'm Muhammed.

I study data science and AI engineering, and I co-founded Smartara with my sister Rohey to help businesses grow with practical technology.

I care about building things people actually use. The measure is hours saved, money tracked and decisions made faster, not model accuracy on a slide.

I'm based in Fes, Morocco, and originally from The Gambia. I'm comfortable working across English and French teams, remote or on-site.
